Neil Cheeseman
Neil has had 23 years of experience in the field of Highway Maintenance and Construction. He is a family man and likes to run Harlequins as a family orientated business, providing a professional service with a friendly, approachable manner.

Kim Rees
Kim has worked within this industry for over 11 years and has been our Office Manager since the company was founded in 2003. Her main objective is to oversee the running of the office and maintain all processes and procedures to BS 9001:2008.

Rick Cheeseman
Rick has nearly 40 years of experience in civil engineering, specialising in Highways Maintenance. His knowledge and expertise is an asset within the company. He oversees our surfacing and scheme works.

Ken Back
Ken has been with the company since 2004 and has played a major role within the company. As a supervisor he is one of the first points of contact for all site and logistic matters. He is also a vital link between the site and office. He also oversees the daily running of our Reactive and Accident & Emergency services.

Aaron Slociak
Aaron supervises and oversees the day to day running of our reactive service, as well as monitoring our performance and productivity levels in line with our KPIs.

Ken Rodgers
Ken has had extensive experience with administration and office management. Ken is the lynch pin that provides the smooth running of our Kent Depot.

Sherri Rees
Sherri provides admin support to the office, assists with the quality management, auditing and deals with all the day to day enquiries.

Kayleigh Pollard
Kayleigh provides clerical and admin support at the Kent office.
