The Harlequin Group Ltd are a specialist highways maintenance and civil engineering contractor with bases in both Kent & Surrey, Harlequin was established in 2003 by director Neil Cheeseman and to date have been a main stay in supporting Surrey County Council with their highways maintenance contract. Harlequin are accredited to both ISO 9001:2008 and the national highways sector scheme, we are also approved contractors for Surrey Highways & Kent Highways.

As well as highways maintenance The Harlequin Group are experienced in carry out all types of works for main contractors, private developers and private clients. Works undertaken include car park construction, resurfacing, footway works, drainage schemes and groundworks.

We are capable of taking on larger contracts or handling smaller individual projects. All the services we offer are covered by the relevant certification and insurances, and each job we undertake is supported by risk assessments and method statements, and are performed by competent trained individuals.
